Daily digests

On Christmas day I think, I suddenly started getting Daily Digests in my email inbox from ENTS (after such a long time of not getting them).

Actually, they went to my Spam box, and I had to tell Gmail to not mark them as spam.

And then, starting on Dec 31 (or perhaps Jan 1st), it again went away.

Very bizarre to say the least.....

It seems I was one of the few or the only one who had this experience. I asked Kouta, and he didn't get anything at all.

I stopped getting Daily Digests last month (January 2021), so you can add me to the list. I didn't change any of the settings in my account profile. I have no idea what the problem is, but for now I'll keep an eye out and see if the emails resume at some point.

I joined the ENTS late last year, and have not gotten any daily digests or even email notifications of any kind yet. While I have found other ways of seeing if a post had been made, it would indeed be helpful to receive daily digests.

In the Daily Digest Forum I found-
To subscribe to the Daily Postings Digest:
If this function is working-

Go to the User Control Panel. (The button for this page is at the top left side of the page just below the page header on the Index Page.)

On the User Control Page, click on the "Digest" tab. This brings up your options.

In the first Category "Type of Digest wanted" You can subscribe to receive a daily digest. The weekly and monthly options will likely generate a digest too large to be practical, but can also be selected. The best option, in my opinion is to receive the digest daily in HTML format, and you can choose any time of the day to receive the digest.

I tried those functions a long time ago, and updated them, and I have not been sent any digests. Probably the system is broken.

The site itself has had several qlitches over the last few years.
