Large burl on a black cherry (Prunus serotina) tree in the woods immediately outside the city of Warren, Pennsylvania, at approximately 1,440 feet in elevation.

Approximately 41° 51' 18" N, 79° 7' 54" W.

The base of a maple in North Portland Oregon. Been some years since I passed this working down the street, but I recall the width being 9 feet at the ground.
