Thanks again for your hard work. Well done.

I have a few comments for you on the Spruces.

1. Bob Van Pelt's "Easy Pass Tower" Englemann Spruce was laser-measured to 223', according to his Forest Giants of the Pacific Coast book.
2. White Spruce I've measured to 127.6' in the Catskills (planted tree south of its native range).
3. Alcock Spruce, Picea alcoquiana, which is a rare and endangered Japanese species, I've measured to 103.9' at Cornell Plantations. In appearance, it's very similar to Norway Spruce, to which it's supposedly closely related.

Thanks for the heads up. I had your white spruce written down and I got confused and thought it was a fir. Whoops. I missed the Alcock spruce altogether. I think I saw one at Clemson, but it was likely in the 40' range.
