FIA-COLE volume model for Silver Maple

Ents,
Figuring out the volume of the above ground part of a tree is an NTS specialty. Above ground volume, its dry biomass, and the carbon component of the biomass is the purpose of a model developed in 2005. I call an adaptation of that model FIA-COLE and use it to compute volume and biomass of a number of tree species. Silver maple is now one of them. I'll let the attachment speak for itself.
