Only members of the Eastern Native Tree Society BBS, http://www.ents-bbs.org may post to the Eastern Native Tree Society BBS forums. As a member of the Eastern Native Tree Society BBS, you agree to the following terms as a condition of membership:

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where this BBS is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that Eastern Native Tree Society BBS administrators and moderators have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither the administrators or moderators of the Eastern Native Tree Society BBS nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

As a member, you agree not to post any unsolicited commercial advertisements, otherwise known as spam, on this forum and if such posts are made by a member on their own behalf, or on the behalf of their own commmercial enterprise , or as a representative of another commercial enterprise, you agree that both you and the company that is being represented in the unsolicited commercial advertisement, will pay a fee of $200 each for each instance of unsolicited commercial advertisement or spam messages posted within the Eastern Native Tree Society BBS forum. Commercial advertisements may be posted with permission of the administrators or moderators of this BBS forum.

At all times the content of any posts made to the BBS shall be civil and members will refrain from making personal attacks on other members of the BBS or engaging in abusive, aggressive, or other rhetoric determined by the administrators or moderators of the Eastern Native Tree Society to be inappropriate or that member will be warned and/or banned from the BBS.
