Yes, one doesn't need to spend much time in non-urban environments to experience the flush of vegetation that can restrict movement, visual access to our sought after big 'uns!   That said, in terms of 787 eligible species for nomination, out of the thousands and thousands of contenders, we at the National Big Tree Registry need to be requesting what we need...it may be that it isn't possible, and we've not at any point indicated that trees without four quadrants won't be considered. But the four quadrants of images do allow a better job to be done in the nomination process, in itself an honorable goal.
