#1)  LiDAR For Oconee State Park & Tamassee Knob

Postby M.W.Taylor » Wed Dec 20, 2017 9:00 pm

Ii rasterized the LiDAR for these areas and found a few 170' class trees with the tallest approaching 180' in Private Property a few miles to the west.  The NE section of Oconee has two basins with tall trees and one reaching around 175'. It could be a creek leaner and thus inflated. Will manually inspect point cloud and post results later. This area looks hard to get to. For the Knob area I get one at 167' or so. The 179'+ hit was on the banks of the Chattooga River a few miles to the east. Will download more of this watershed, process and post.
