Metasequoia on UNC Chapel Hill campus

Very nice metasequoia. There is one about half that size on the campus of UNC-Chapel Hill.

Here are 3 pics:

It is part of a virtual campus tree tour I put together: http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?hl=en&gl ... b3e9f80894

Patrick,

well done! I'm working on something similar with trees that I've planted in a kind of mini-arboretum and your virtual campus tour gets me excited about finishing my own project. I really love all the pictures that you took.

Hi Doug,
Thanks for the feedback. Let me know if I can help - it took me a while to figure out how to do everything I wanted to on My Maps from google.

Patrick,

I am not a very computer literate person so I'll probably have some questions for you. So far so good though. Looks like I need to work on incorporating some pictures and see how that works out. I'll make a separate post later if/when I have any questions, so thanks for your offer of help.

Doug
