On September 7, 2020, I surveyed this historic cemetery in the once-prominent city of Auburn, NY. Resting place of Harriet Tubman and William Seward, Fort Hill is still pretty well kept up and well worth a visit if you're in the area. Many of the trees I measured presumably date to the late 19th century, though some certainly are as old or older than the cemetery itself, which was established in 1851 http://www.forthillcemetery.net/.
Though I grew up in the Auburn area, I've only been to Fort Hill a couple of times, and never had seen the entirety of the grounds. On this trip, that changed. I believe I saw all that was there to see, and had a really enjoyable time. Here are some photos I took:
