On Sunday 26 I had to drop the wife off for work then when in search of some wonderful snow trees. I made my way to one of the City of Columbia historic c. 1854 cemetery called Elmwood Cemetery I drove around the 168 acre cemetery looking for great photos and here are some. There was a house fire at Middleton Plantation not the Plantation House.

Wonderful post I think the former state champion laurel oak is off the high board walk you got to climb down and walk east though alot of dwarf palmettos. Tyler if you live near by give me a ring if when you head back to Congaree and that goes for anyone (LOL) 803-673-7364

Same here Larry I saw it before, me and my wife before we were married had to let her know how much of a tree freak I was. She love the tree also here I will post of a photo of us that wonderful day.
